Liftory keeps your training data on your device.
What Liftory stores
Your workouts, sets, exercises, templates, personal records and settings are saved in the app’s own storage on this iPhone.
If you choose to fill in the Athlete Profile, it also stores what you type there: your height, your bodyweight history, any body-fat percentages you enter yourself, and any training limitations you record. Every one of those is optional, none of them is needed to log a workout, and all of them stay in the same on-device storage as the rest.
Liftory does not measure or estimate body fat — it shows back the number you entered. A training limitation is a note to yourself; Liftory displays it on related exercises and does nothing else with it.
Nothing else is collected.
What leaves your device
Nothing. Liftory has no account, no server, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. The app makes no network requests of its own.
Files you create
Exports (JSON and CSV) are written by you, to where you choose. Once a file leaves the app it is yours to manage.
Notifications
If you turn on the rest-timer notification, iOS schedules it locally on your device. No content is sent anywhere.
Backups
Because the data lives in the app’s storage, it is included in your encrypted iPhone or iCloud device backup, under Apple’s terms. Liftory cannot read that backup.
Deleting your data
Settings → Delete all data erases everything Liftory stored on this device, immediately and permanently. Deleting the app has the same effect.
Children
Liftory is not directed at children under 13 and collects no personal data from anyone.
Changes
If a future version adds accounts or cloud sync, this policy will be updated before that version ships.
