Before you write
- Tell us which device and which OS version you are on, and what you were doing when the problem happened. It usually saves a round trip.
- None of these apps has an account, so there is nothing for us to look up on our side. What you describe is all we have — the more precise it is, the faster this goes.
- If your report is about content — a verse, a narration, a reference — include the screen you were on and the reference shown on the card. Corrections to religious content are acted on first.
