Shard Pop is a single-player mobile game. Your progress stays on your device. The release version uses Google AdMob to show optional rewarded ads and limited interstitial ads, so this policy explains that separately and plainly.

Game data that stays on your device
Progress, coins, shards, scores, level results, factory upgrades, settings, tutorial flags, advertising pacing and purchase entitlement state are stored locally in the app container. We do not receive or view this data. You can remove it through the in-game reset option or by deleting the app.
Advertising and consent
Shard Pop uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP). Depending on your region, settings and consent choices, Google’s advertising technology may process:
- IP address, which may be used to estimate general location;
- device or app-scoped identifiers;
- advertising data, such as ads shown;
- product interactions, such as app launches, taps or video views;
- non-user-related crash logs and performance diagnostics.
This processing supports ad delivery, frequency capping, fraud prevention, measurement and — only where permitted — personalisation. Where consent is required, the consent screen is shown before the app requests ads. You can reopen available privacy choices from the game’s Store screen.
Optional rewarded ads are started by you in exchange for the clearly stated in-game reward. Interstitial ads may appear only at natural breaks. Purchasing Remove Ads disables interstitial ads; voluntary rewarded offers can remain available.

Tracking
Shard Pop does not ask for Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission and is not designed to access the IDFA. We do not run our own cross-app tracking or analytics system. Google may use app-scoped identifiers and other limited signals for advertising functions as described in its documentation and subject to your consent choices and applicable law.
Purchases
The Remove Ads purchase is processed by Apple through StoreKit. We never receive your payment card details or Apple Account credentials. The app receives product and transaction status and stores the entitlement locally so it can provide and restore the purchase. Apple processes purchase information under the Apple Privacy Policy.
What we do not collect directly
Shard Pop has no player account, chat, social profile or developer analytics service. We do not ask for your name, email, precise location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone or health data. The game has no developer-operated cloud save or gameplay server.
Website
This website does not contain advertising or developer analytics cookies. Its hosting provider may process ordinary technical request data, such as IP address, browser information and security logs, to deliver and protect the site.
Retention, sharing and transfers
Local game data remains on your device until you reset it or delete the app. We do not sell personal information. Advertising and purchase providers process information under their own policies and may use infrastructure in other countries with appropriate legal safeguards. Their retention periods are controlled by those providers.
Children
Shard Pop is a general-audience game and is not specifically directed to children under 13. It has no accounts or social features. Advertising and consent settings are configured to follow the platform, regional and advertising requirements that apply to the player.
Your choices and rights
You can reset local progress, restore purchases and reopen available advertising privacy options inside the app. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority — in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. Changes
We may update this policy when the game, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will be updated before a materially different release is made available.
